This extended program covers the entire Body Image Intensive curriculum then dives deeper into and expands further upon ways to help heal one’s relationship with food and exercise. It explores how understanding simple nutrition science along with the body’s basic physiology can illicit profound positive changes to one’s view of food or mindset around movement.
